Tanya DeMarco

Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Paralegal

Tanya handles our bankruptcy, foreclosure and modification cases. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Seminole State College. Tanya was the first paralegal intern to work for a circuit court judge. She worked with Judge Alan Dickey, then the Chief Judge of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, learning what judges expect from the attorneys who appear before them. She brings that knowledge to work for our clients, making their cases run smoothly.

Tanya was inspired to pursue to legal profession after helping her dad recover his savings from an unscrupulous company who swindled him for thousands of dollars. Her passion is fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves.

Tanya enjoys spending her free time with her family, cheering from the sidelines of both soccer and football fields for her four boys.
